iPhone Prices in Saudi Arabia: How to Compare the Same Phone Across Shops

An iPhone is the most compared product in Saudi Arabia, and also the easiest one to compare wrongly. The same model is sold in several storage sizes, as a Middle East version or an international one, new or renewed in grades, alone or bundled with a case and a charger - and every one of those is a different price. PriceTeq lists the exact iPhone 17, 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max configurations across Saudi shops in SAR with the 15% VAT already inside, so the first job is to make sure you are comparing the same thing.

Match the storage tier before you look at the price

Storage is the biggest price lever on an iPhone. A 256 GB and a 1 TB iPhone 17 Pro Max can be more than a thousand riyals apart at the same shop, so a 'cheaper' listing is often just the smaller tier.

On PriceTeq every iPhone listing is grouped by model and storage, and the group's cheapest shop is marked. Pick the tier you actually want first, then compare shops inside that tier.

  • The current lineup sells in 256 GB, 512 GB, 1 TB and (Pro Max) 2 TB tiers - there is no 128 GB iPhone 17 Pro.
  • A listing with no storage in the title is usually the base tier, but confirm it on the shop's page before you order.
  • Colour never changes the price at a serious shop; if one colour is much cheaper, it is old stock or a different tier.

Middle East version, international version, Hong Kong dual-SIM

Saudi shops sell the same iPhone in three flavours and the titles say so: the Middle East (KSA) version with a local Apple warranty, the international or 'global' version, and the Hong Kong or Chinese version with two physical SIM slots. They work identically on Saudi networks; what changes is the warranty route and whether FaceTime and dual physical SIM are included.

The Middle East version is the safe default: Apple Saudi Arabia honours its warranty directly. A global version can be a few hundred riyals cheaper and is usually fine, but ask who handles a warranty claim before you pay.

  • Look for 'شرق أوسط' / 'Middle East' or 'نسخة عالمية' / 'international' in the title - PriceTeq keeps the title exactly as the shop wrote it.
  • A dual physical SIM iPhone is the Hong Kong model; eSIM-only models are the US ones and are rarely sold here.
  • A two-year warranty in the title usually means the shop's own extended cover, not Apple's - check what it covers.

New, renewed, Grade A, Grade B: not the same price group

Renewed iPhones are a real and growing part of the Saudi market, sold in grades (A is near-new, B shows light wear). PriceTeq labels a listing Refurbished whenever the shop's title says renewed, refurbished or مجدد, and keeps refurbished units in their own price group so a Grade B phone never looks like the cheapest new one.

If the cheapest offer you see is refurbished, that is a legitimate saving - just read the grade, the battery health promise and the return window before you decide.

Bundles, gifts and 'was' prices

A listing that says the phone comes with a protection bundle, a case or a charger is priced for the bundle. It can still be the best deal, but compare it against the bare phone at the next shop, not against another bundle.

Crossed-out prices are common on Saudi product pages. PriceTeq's price drops come from our own daily history for that exact listing, not from the shop's 'was' figure, so a drop you see here really happened.

  • 15% VAT is included in every price we show - the number you compare is the number you pay.
  • Delivery is usually free above a shop's threshold in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam; add it when a shop is just a few riyals cheaper.

Frequently asked questions

›Why is the same iPhone listed at so many different prices in Saudi Arabia?

Because the listings are rarely the same thing: storage tier, Middle East vs international version, new vs renewed grade and bundled accessories all change the price. Compare inside one storage tier and one condition, which is how PriceTeq groups them.

›Is the international version of an iPhone a problem in Saudi Arabia?

It works on every Saudi network and supports FaceTime. The difference is the warranty route: a Middle East version is covered by Apple Saudi Arabia directly, while a global version may rely on the shop. Ask before paying if that matters to you.

›Do PriceTeq's iPhone prices include VAT?

Yes. Every SAR price on PriceTeq is shown as the shop lists it, with the 15% VAT included.

›Are renewed iPhones worth it?

Often yes, when the grade and battery health are stated and the shop offers a return window. PriceTeq keeps renewed units in a separate price group so you can decide on purpose, not by accident.
